The Gymnastics Buying Group’s aim is to help your club access high quality services at a reduced price, assisting the financial sustainability of clubs across England & Scotland. It is completely free and is another excellent benefit of being a member of British Gymnastics and Scottish Gymnastics.
GMG provide this service, who are specialists in establishing buying-groups within the sports sector (including golf, tennis & rugby). They aim to support gymnastics clubs in significantly reducing running costs and providing access to the best value services from a broad range of approved suppliers.
HOW CAN THIS SERVICE BENEFIT MY CLUB?
We know that many gymnastic clubs are under significant financial pressure and this service looks at ways of easing some of your financial outgoings at no cost to your club.
We have saved grassroots community sports clubs thousands of pounds through our buying group services.
Your club will be able to access our network of specialists. They will benchmark your core areas of expenditure against their negotiated rates from their network of approved suppliers and provide you details of savings the club could make.

THE PROCESS
Once you’ve signed up, a member of the Gymnastics Buying Group team will be in touch. There is then a confidential evaluation of your current spending, after which savings will be presented to you.
You’re provided with an opportunity to ask any questions that may arise throughout the process.
Gymnastics Buying Group will also provide training and access to Contracts-Manager and assist with registration and loading of contracts.

British Gymnastics and Scottish Gymnastics are working with a third-party organisation, the Golf Management Group ("GMG"), to provide their respective member clubs with complementary membership of the Gymnastics Buying Group ("GBG"). Member clubs gain access to GBG's negotiated deals, discounts and purchasing opportunities.
By accessing and or using the services of the GBG, member clubs acknowledge that any information and/or data they share with GMG is governed by GMG’s Privacy Policy and/or confidentiality agreements. Member clubs also acknowledge that if they enter into any contractual relationships with GMG authorised suppliers these are separate to any relationship they have with British Gymnastics and Scottish Gymnastics.
